Rakken is one of the characters profiled in the Relic Character Card Set. He lived in the city of Garris in the Elements realm of Relic, around the events of Yr208 of the Third Age.

     Rakken is the barbarian master smith by the Riseward Gate of Garris. You need a hat-stand, you got it. You need a sword, you got it. You need a hat-stand that doubles as a sword in case you’re targeted by robbers, you got it. Rakken is always working at his forge. He signs every piece he creates, and his most famous customer is The Blade of Dark, though Rakken never met the man in person.
